The World is in Pain

The world is in pain and we must change now to prevent a worldwide fatal incident which will be detrimental to humanity.

The time for being selfish is over. We are now at a point in human existence whereby we cannot live as we currently do and not expect something bad to happen. In life you have a series of slow burning problems, with much bigger problems like war, famine, disease and extinction of species just to name a few. There are international organisations out there doing the work to help and save the planet and the people on it.

Some of the biggest issues are these: malnutrition and hunger (795m people not receiving the correct amount), aids (epidemic, 2016 1 million died from it), malaria, air pollution, lack of human rights, lack of education, gender inequality, conflict and war, displacement and global poverty (1 billion children live in poverty).

Organisations trying to improve and eradicate these issues include: Oxfam, doctors without borders, food and agriculture organisation of the United Nations, human rights watch, Bill and Melinda gates foundation, red cross, save the children, the Borgen project, the world bank, United Nations development programme, United Nations children’s fund (UNICEF), world food programme, world health organisation, world wide fund for nature (WWF).

What could you do to improve things? I would suggest research and education to schools, colleges and universities worldwide so that people are fully aware of the issues. I am not talking about telling them and then not doing anything. I am talking radical shifts, offering programmes to young people who want to go over to the disadvantaged, and suffering countries and help. Allow them the opportunity to go, fund the programmes well. It might incentivise the human race to become more compassionate. You can offer similar things in developed countries, programmes where people can help the homeless, the poor, the sick etc. Sure they could go work for a charity, but the majority don’t have hands on roles, they don’t work directly with the issues.

It results in a distanced vision of what the issues are, without really seeing them for themselves. The problems start with people not caring, because if they did the world would be a better place. The problem is also the mindset that things can’t change. If they couldn’t change then the organisations out there doing the work wouldn’t bother. We’ve all seen the adverts which proclaim to be helping, but when we see the results in person, it makes it so much more effective. It sparks ‘the inner good’ within the human heart, the compassionate desire to aid other beings. If the world is in pain, which means humans are in pain too, then we need to start being better people.

The Hurting Child (Sonnet)

To be born from the womb of the mother

who has not developed a bond to love

with the child who sits in the darkened room

alone and counting the days blend to night

or call on the God to answer his call

a solemn melancholy denial

of the hurt and lackluster suffering

that broke his soul to reach into the pit...

where he could reveal the brilliant beauty

the face of an angel sent from aether

"hold my hand tight" and let me be loved now

where the swan graces the shimmer of lake

feather dropped onto the brimstone water

secret boundary, eternal longing

Child Abuse ~ Hard Silence

A single moment in a child life can cast a shadow that will stay a lifetime. Child abuse is an often quiet, silent abuse in which the children are often ignored and very frequently gaslighted. The children may be labelled liars, which is to diminish instantly anything they say.

Let me state my position on this awful and yet somehow ongoing issues in the modern world. Anyone calling a child a liar should automatically be registered on a watch dog type register with government. Then, they should be investigated using social workers. If it transpires that they are telling the truth, which I find hard to believe, then of course move on. But keep them on the register and provide support to the children. Because as the case may be, the child is all too afraid to speak out. Also, why would it be better to believe the adult? I have never met a child that lies, consistently. The occasional lie I can understand, it is part of natural development for a child to lie to understand if it is wrong.

Then the fear element is engaged. Abused children wouldn’t be instantly taken from abusive parents if an allegation is made, as far as I am aware. ‘Authorities’ get involved and this can take some time. Perhaps if there is instant support and the child is removed, that would help. I have yet to see this happen myself, although it probably is, but not frequently.

https://www.penngroup.co.uk/post/family-law-the-need-to-investigate-abuse-and-remove-children-from-the-risk-of-harm

It is still rampant and although the media has shoved articles and news down our throats about abusive relationships, domestic abuse to women, and abusive partners, during lockdown… it failed to mention child abuse. Do you think a woman is the only abused person in a house with children? Do you think the real issue was child abuse as opposed to abuse of women? Are you seriously telling me that during the lockdown in which schools, day care and others were shut that absolutely no children suffered abuse of any kind? Give me a break. It is under reported and hidden away because if people really knew how common this crime was then they might think differently about ‘lovely society’ or those abusive parents at school they met. Schools are an issue in themselves, often not caring as much as they claim. When cases of abuse are exposed the usual line of programming is ‘they are shocked and will work to make sure this never happens again.’ Rhetoric. If they did something, child abuse would have ceased hundred of years ago.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-55682745

https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/uknews/mother-stepfather-and-boy-14-found-guilty-of-murdering-five-year-old-logan-mwangi/ar-AAWsazX?ocid=msedgntp&cvid=bbcfcaea832647bcb57b6aad1cebb8a9

Having experienced child abuse, these children can often go on to use drugs and alcohol and develop mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. It might lead to more serious conditions like disassociation disorders – where the pain is too much so they disconnect from the body. In that situation, you might wonder how on earth they could ever get help if they can’t even remember the abuse. Those are the most serious cases, sadly I have read about them. It results in post traumatic stress disorder {PTSD} which can further impact a child. Flashbacks and feelings of reliving the events will seriously impact them. It does not matter how long it goes on, but that it will impact them for the rest of their lives. They can use coping mechanisms and may need medication to help. It impacts their wellbeing, sense of self and lot of people commit suicide because of the abuse. Many adults who experienced abuse as children may avoid talking about it or become very distressed or upset when asked about it.

The child has low self-esteem from the abuse. If it revolves around mental abuse, they will grow up with distorted perceptions of themselves, often not having confidence, feeling like they are not good enough or having emotional and relationship issues which might mean they prefer to stay alone. A hard silence they endure. If everyone spoke about the abuse they suffered, and I suspect it is very common, then it would be more than 1,000,000 people I suspect. Although the law prevents people from physically attacking people, it does not criminalise physical punishment on children. What this means is that, they can in fact physically hurt them and class it as ‘punishment’ for bad behaviour. Look at the article below.

https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/18327204/parents-could-face-five-years-in-jail-smack-kids/

I am not surprised that it is not law already. Can you believe people oppose this? They think punishment should be left to parents. Well, I have news for you, delusional political statues, any form of violence – mental and physical – is abuse and is disgusting. What you are really doing by opposing it, is saying quite obviously that you condone that behaviour. Do you realise what is being done to these children? Do you think slapping a 4 year old child across the face is acceptable? You might want to keep the dangerous cycle of child abuse in society, but I don’t.

What do you think? If I ever see someone hit a child, and yes it is more common than you think especially in public {disgusting} then I will and do speak out against it I would encourage you all to consider taking a stand if you see it.

Wizard ‘White Light’

I have to give a presentation next Monday on the Youth Justice System…

Green tea is very beneficial for you. Wizard frequently drinks it. Apparently the benefits of such tea includes things like improving mood, increasing concentration and assisting in weight loss and sugar control…

Wizard also enjoys trying to use such substances to enhance his mind set when he is meditating. Aside from tea he also manages to write poetry as you know.

He still reiterates that you need love and self love. You need to love yourself and treat your mind and body with respect and remain loyal to God. Gaining all the power you need is easier than you think.

Treat people kindly, eat healthy, try not to spend too much time in front of the TV… you get the point yes? Maybe you consider yourself more than a billboard or advertisement? Personally I agree with Wizard most of the time, he has some interesting things to say. He also highlighted the importance of spending time together, smiling, and having a good time overall. I think you probably should be spending more time together, being ‘you’ and not holding back. Otherwise what is left?

Being British is good. He recommends people to take a moment to appreciate your origins. To really accept and put some faith and loyalty back into your native country. He sees many people nowadays who are abandoning their home countries in search of something better. Hindsight?

Wizards lair is full of smoke sometimes, not the bad kind, maybe more of a myst? Myst as in mystical. Light or inner light that is found and worked using nothing but his bare hands is pretty incredible. Shaping and forming who you are from the inside out, and not the outside in. Being able to distinguish good people instantly, and being able to detect potential danger a mile away. Practice of meditation to strengthen the mind from the noise we all endure on a daily basis. He uses various shades of purple, not a lot though, as too much can be over powering. Purple is the colour of the highest vibrating state and that of the crown chakra. A symbol of Royalty, power and fantasy… To use to much can be akin to arrogance, as once upon a time it was only afforded by the wealthy.

Save Yourself – The Path To Forgiveness

Wizard wants to talk to you all about forgiveness. It is evident that through time and space that beings have had to forgive at some point in their lives. It is symbolic, it is truth, it is in all of us. Whatever you see forgiveness as, know that you are capable of it.

Before going any further, you may want to check out ‘emotions of colour‘ which touches on the connection between how colour affects us and how it can change us. It also touches on forgiveness. The poem Transcend is also good for looking at what forgiveness is.

Healing can be painful. It is a process and takes time which is what a lot of people don’t realise. You can’t expect to heal after a day of meditation, or after walking a hundred miles in the hope that you will suddenly rid yourself of any burdens such as guilt, shame or lingering anger at how you have been wronged. People who have been hurt, really hurt, which has caused them anxiety and depression, misery and other emotions, are the ones I am aiming this at. That is not to exclude those wronged in the supermarket checkouts, or those shouted at because they crossed the road at the wrong time. No, it is aimed to those who have deep emotional wounds which are likely to have cause them significant distress because if they can come to heal through time and to eventually forgive, then they will benefit the most, since it will be such a big part of development for them

Healing is the path to forgiveness. Without awareness of the issues you will find it hard to begin any journey to healing. Most people are aware of the issues which is great for starting to the path to forgive the wrongs they have suffered. Healing of the heart is where a lot of this will take place, since the heart is the center for love and for the connection to the universe. My post on healing the heart touches upon awareness. You have to be aware of the issues to change. Change will come from acceptance. Once you accept the issues and the pain you are in or was in, you will be on the path changing who you are.

To forgive takes more than to heal though, since we are talking about not only emotional healing, but mental, physical and spiritual healing. God knows what has happened to you. You were bestowed with free will when you were born, the will to change, the will to forgive. He sees everything, so no matter how alone you were or how alone you feel now, perhaps you are really struggling, know that He is there and waiting for you.

“I see everything they do. They cannot hide from me the things they do; their sin is not hidden from my eyes.”

Jeremiah 16:17-18

Rest assured that the above is as true as it gets. Although it can be frustrating and angering to accept that God sat by on the sidelines whilst you were seriously wronged, be assured, that you are independent and to interfere with humans in a supernatural way would impact free will. Those who wronged you have free will and He saw how they misused that to inflict suffering upon you and others.

Healing of the mind can be to work through ruminations. Ruminating is the act of focusing on something or to think deeply of something.

“Rumination is the focused attention on the symptoms of one’s distress, and on its possible causes and consequences, as opposed to its solutions”

Response styles theory – Nolen-Hoeksema

From the above, it is understandable to see how difficult is it to even start the road to recovery or healing when you may be ruminating about the distress you have suffered. That is not to say that thinking about the issues is bad. Thinking through the issues and incidents can help to bring you to the level of awareness and acceptance. Acceptance leads to change remember. But, you also have to work with your body and mind to heal. Maybe you could try meditation or exercise? Both are great at helping reduce feelings of depression and anxiety. You could change your diet perhaps? The point is change.

AWARENESS = ACCEPTANCE = CHANGE = HEALING = FORGIVENESS

Can you better see the path that is available to you? Imagine you are now at the change phase. You are changing those daily rituals or habits. You are adding in extra activities to heal the body and mind. You might be socialising more… or less. The paradox can be that you don’t have to do anything to change. What do I mean by that? I mean that if you lived a pretty busy life full of extra curricular activities, exercise and socialising then change for you might be more quiet time sat at home reading a book. Yes change occured but you didn’t focus on the developmental journey to heal, yet, you did. Can be confusing to understand. Know that change is brought about by you. I think a lot of people are expecting help from an external source. Granted the resources are there, but a lot of people aren’t getting the help they need which means they have to do it themselves. Having a supportive network will only benefit those who need it as part of their change and healing.

Over time and with dedication, you will change and you will start to feel that part of your life that you have been waiting for. Healing. Healing can occur earlier such as when changing. But, usually it occurs during and slightly after. After change is when your mind and body start to heal. Healing can be the most painful phase, because it is the phase of ‘letting go’ and being prepared to ‘forgive’ another. Forgiveness is not dependent on social norms, it is not dependent on others thoughts toward you. In fact, nobody needs to hear you forgive if you prefer to keep it to yourself. Just as prayer can be solitary, so too forgiveness.

I wrote about how healing can occur in the heart. The heart is where love is at. If your emotional experience has been hurt of the heart, or hurt through love, then this is where you feel that healing. Utilising the crystal stones as I mentioned, particularly rose, may assist this part. The healing process can be months, or years. Usually the change occurs over the same amount of time. Dependent on what the original wrongs against you were, it is not expected that you will bounce back immediately to the forgiveness stage. You will need to be ready for the moment, and need to do it with compassion and conviction. There is nothing worse than seeing someone go from awareness to healing to fail at forgiveness, because they didn’t believe it what they were doing. Have faith in yourself, take the time and don’t rush. You may be able to live a perfectly content life merely in the phases of healing and change, because in those phases you are focused on your inner light.

To forgive someone who has not repented can be extremely hard. I wrote about this and how there might not be any reason to forgive if there has been no repentance. I think I said something like ‘you cannot be expected to forgive someone who hasn’t repented.’ I also said that those people who are capable of this were incredible beings and I stand by that. The article below talks about the process of forgiving someone who isn’t sorry. The writer talks about how forgiveness can be done alone, how it might affect you and why you should forgive those who won’t repent. I use repent not because of its association with religion but its association with forgiveness

https://www.vox.com/22967752/how-to-forgive-someone-who-isnt-sorry-wont-apologize

You have come this far so thank you for reading. It wouldn’t be the end if I didn’t talk about the ‘what happens next’ part?

Once upon a time
you were hurt
you were scared
maybe you were just about ready to cry
Now, a day more or a day less, you are here
You see the world with beauty, not anger
The sun and the skies, the rain coming from your eyes
I see the way and I want to embrace
change coming from the heart
like God, who brought me from the dark
to the light

If you reach the stage of forgiveness you have come far and you have done well. Goodness may seep from your heart and mind, your soul may be so strong that even the most evil of demons cower at your mere presence. Why? You have now saved yourself. You have taken the power of creation and existence and bestowed it upon yourself. You stepped to the side to let God have a say, and when you realised you had free will, you took a step back again, and decided that you had to make the choice, you had to change, you had to come to the point of forgiveness yourself. Despite what evil exists in the world, or what negativity tries to throw at you, or the lies and illusions of a world run by bad people, you did it.

Wizard doesn’t profess to be an expert on magic, but white magic is in abundance where forgiveness is present. To be good is to be white magic. You are making paths in space and time that cannot be undone. ‘For what is done cannot be undone.’ No matter how hard the journey or how isolating and confusing, you did it. You came through awareness to forgiveness and ultimately saved yourself. You have healed yourself. The emotional wounds which once had significance are evapourated. They no longer exist in you. You will focus on the adventures of the days to come, and of the love and beauty surrounding your heart. You will be closer to the connection of the universe than ever before. It is a wonderful experience. Light will radiate around you and no darkness shall befall you, for God will have seen your empathy and compassion and will command his angels regarding you.

Thank you for reading.

Meditation Benefits~ Mind Solutions

Meditation is one of the oldest traditions in the world. Ancient civilisations and Buddhists and Africans were meditation thousands of years ago as a collective way to improve the whole of life, not just for themselves but for everyone else too.

Today in the 21st Century, meditation has taken on many modern forms. A lot of people see it as solitary, but looking back in history we can see that although you meditate alone it was not done to advance yourself to an affluent position, rather to become a better person. There are literally thousands of online resources about meditation and hundreds of meditation classes across England and Wales. A new found culture of people looking to improve their mood, to become better people, to experience some variety of enlightenment.

I am going to talk through 5 essential benefits of meditation. I want to give you an idea of how this is going to have a positive influence in your life. Sometimes things get hard or stressful, sometimes you become depressed or anxious. Other times you just want to improve yourself and feel more connected to God or the Universe. I understand. I’ve managed to use meditation to assist me before and am currently using a meditation that works for me. There are many types available, guided meditation or Samatha – calmness of the mind – are examples. Meditation can be as simple as mindfulness. You can practice meditation morning or night. I had the luxury of practicing in the garden at the weekend under a harvest moon and then in the dawn of sunrise. Both give a tranquil experience and help greatly in quietening any intrusive thoughts.

Buddhist Meditation

The above is a Buddhist position for meditation. It is used when engaging the Samatha meditation. To read a little more about how meditation affected individuals check out this link.

Benefits of Meditation!

  1. Calm Mind – There is no doubt in my mind that meditation in fact leads to a calm mind. The whole point of meditation is to calm the mind and to become better in tune with your body. At its core, you need a calm mind to meditate! Without the experience of meditation you may find your mind to be full of ‘clutter’ or ‘noise’. The noise or intrusive thoughts might be a fleeting thing, or it may plague you. Meditation over time will allow you to develop such a strong calmness that even after meditation, your mind will be clear from thoughts. Remember, thoughts come and go and they cannot harm us.
  2. Improve Depression and Anxiety – If you are sad or anxious you may be thinking about the past or the future. Depression can be improved through meditation, because you are not to be thinking of the bad things or to be thinking at all. It takes time, but simply being in the moment either alone or in a group, meditating, can be enough to help shift your depressed thinking to a higher level. Anxiety will naturally decrease as you learn to visualise other things, you stop focusing on the anxious events or things and then you forget about it. For those with pain, meditation can help shift you away from it and to more focused on your breathing for example, or the position of your feet, or simply that energy that comes from silence within.
  3. Ability to Cope – As a result of the above two, a calmer mind and reduced or improved depression and anxiety, you will thus have a significantly better chance of coping. The way you cope can be positive or negative, is can help or destroy you. Turning your struggles into a state of meditation and in turn, having a clearer mind and a stronger outcome or more certain decision you will see an improvement. Having a hard day and cannot get through? Wait… you can and that surprised you. You wonder why. Then you accept that for the last week you meditated everyday and actually it turns out it helped you through the present. Meditation can help those assisting others, we may be better in tune with our intuition and better able to help those in need. It will allow us to know instinctively what our own bodies need too.
  4. Connected to the Universe – It seems out there does it? The reality is that everything is connected, and there is no truth higher than that. You will be making a conscious effort to quieten the mind and in turn the body and soul will develop at first a low level feeling of connectivity. As you continue you may become warm after meditation and feel like you are never alone. You are simply connecting to the universe and God, and everything in it. You won’t feel alone as much. I certainly noticed this improvement after just 2 weeks of mindfulness meditation!
  5. Better Life Quality – Ultimately all of the above will improve your quality of life, or it should do. If you don’t feel like any of the above is happening, you might need to carry on for longer in your sessions, or perhaps you have not done it long enough? Everyone wants to feel better. Sometimes inner peace can bring us closer to that feeling of happiness or content. You might want a better life through being able to better understand how the world works, and maybe meditation is doing that for you? You have nothing to stop for, and everything to gain. There is no better quality of life than a clear mind.

“If you are depressed you are living in the past.
If you are anxious you are living in the future.
If you are at peace you are living in the present.”

Lao Tzu
Amethyst crystal to hold during meditation

Holding a crystal during meditation can help better focus on your aims. If you are looking to heal you could hold Amethyst (pictured above). Rose quartz can be used where you want to heal the heart. There is so many choices when it comes to healing crystals. Always treat your body with respect and the crystals because they can be powerful things.

*Never substitute real medical advice with alternative practices where the medical advice is going to save your life. Only ever use alternative practices like crystal healing and meditation where it is safe and where it is a complimentary addition to any potential real medication or treatment. Always check with an experienced practitioner if you are unsure whether it is safe to do so.*

Thank you for reading and I hope that you give meditation a try! Namaste.

Benefits of Flowers in The Home

I always wondered why a lovely cut garden full of a beautiful assortment of flowers in a rainbow of colours made me feel better. I don’t decorate my apartment with any flowers, not usually. Today I decided as part of my changes that I would start putting some flowers around. I also want to get some lovely house plants.

Flowers don’t usually last forever, that is when they are used to brighten a home. Some last longer than others, those that haven’t bloomed yet will last longer. Price is not an issue, because if you go to any garage forecourt in England or to any supermarket, or even flower shops, they will have an array of cheap bunches for sale from £3-5. I managed to get some today from a flower shop in Cheshire. They had some reduced bunches outside the shop at £2 each and included plenty of flowers. I also bought some lillies, they are big and have yet to bloom. They are purple/lilac in colour. I then went to another shop in another part of Cheshire and bought a vase from a flower shop. Given the price of the bunches you can get outside, I am probably now going to buy myself some every week. The price is low being a couple of pounds and they will last around 2 weeks (?) I am not sure, but apparently 7-12 days is what you should expect.

I’ll move on to the benefits of actually having flowers in the home:

  1. Bright colours boost mood – Having a lovely vibrant bouquet in your home can significantly boost mood. Why? Bright colours impact how we think and feel. Check out the link to see another post on that. Bright reds and oranges, purples and blue can all boost how you feel. All of them will make you calm as plants and flowers are great at reducing stress and anxiety. When choosing flowers let your instincts guide you as your body knows what it needs, don’t be put off if you suddenly like a colour you never did before. Flowers can speak to us…
  2. They smell fantastic – smell might improve how you feel too! Because of the wide choice of flowers, you also have options with smell. How does a rose compare to a lily? What about lavender to jasmine? Flowers are the source for essential oils, it is the essence of compressed flowers that makes the oil. Thus, if you can find a flower you like you will undoubtedly find something similar in oils. They smell great, freshening the air and aerating any space. The proximity to the flowers will matter. I wouldn’t recommend inhaling the scent of flowers all day either as you may have symptoms of hayfever from the pollen.
  3. Purifying the air in our home – plants and flowers alike will take in carbon dioxide and spew out oxygen as part of the process of photosynthesis. Although certain big plants will help more than flowers, there are flowers like peace lilies which are supposed to be good at this. So, even though you might be able to open a window, adding flowers around the home can also boost the quality regardless. Adding some in the bathroom might be a good idea? I find gazing into a vase of flowers whilst in the bath to be somewhat relaxing.
  4. Welcoming environment and conversation starters – When I enter someone’s home and see flowers I feel immediately relaxed and that I somehow understand that person just a little bit more. Sounds ridiculous at first… but think about it. If you have flowers in your living room or bedroom or wherever, kitchen for example, and the guest sees them, they may comment on them almost immediately. That is why they are great conversation starters. If you feel nervous about socialising then talk about the plants and the flowers. The flowers are not shy so feel free to talk to them as well. Yes, they do help to create a home you can be happy to live in. I really do love lilies simply because they are so beautiful. Having just one vase of lilies can be enough to make even the angriest of guests docile and accepting.
  5. Improved self love and care – When you take active steps to improve your wellbeing or to be a better person, you are already one step closer to healing all your issues and being in a state of peace. You might think that flowers are somehow only for women or that it just seems uncool to have them. Having flowers and plants to improve how you feel is a great step to showing yourself some self love and care. By caring for the flowers through observation and watering you can develop and in fact care for yourself. Reducing stress, anxiety, making you feel good are all flowers qualities.

How do you feel about this post? Would you agree that flowers are beneficial to the home? Are flowers not just something you buy once in a while for a special occasion? Don’t hesitate if you see some flowers in the shop you like, taking decisions like this can make you feel more confident. Being able to live in a home full of beautiful flowers from nature, the earth and beyond are important. Remember my post on frequencies and the recent post on emotions of colours? Check the emotions of colours post to see how they can impact us. Lavender, being calming with protective properties are suitable for myself but you may want to experiment with how a particular flower makes you feel. If you want to be a bit wild, there is no limits. You have a rainbow of colours available.

Take the time to find your local florist or shop or any that you like. Who knows what will happen. There is no need to buy anything. When you are developing and journeying it is not expected that you will always be so bold, but you can work past this. You could also go and pick some wild flowers. Now that spring has started, they will all be rising up for you to see. Be careful when picking flowers as it might not be allowed on private grounds!

I stuck them all in 1 vase. They look so much better in person

Stay safe!

Lavender – relaxing and stress relief and protection

Romans 12:3 – “For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of yourself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned.”

It hertz like love at 5:28 in the afternoon. Scatter the roses on my bed. Spray the oils around our room.

Stay true to the heart and the mind. The green heart chakra that connects us with the green earth. Be assured, your existence is considerable. Have the courage to go on even in self reliance, stand in the dark days of adversary.

Pslam 46:10 – He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”

Be still, know that everything is energy. That you were born from energy, that you will transmute into a different energy upon departure.

Blue, the colour of forgiveness. My favourite colour. Forgiveness is not weakness. It is acceptance. It is to achieve a higher state of self love and care than a lot of other people. I have been there, I have forgiven. I have felt the reward and been blessed by angels for my actions. You can’t expect to reach the better state of existence without giving it a try. The hardest part is acceptance and then, forgiveness. There is no easy path. You were not born because it was easy. Quite the opposite. You are here because life is a challenging journey. You should never be ashamed of who you are or what you want in life. Good people know in their hearts, that they are good.

Butterfly – symbol of transformation

I can’t profess to have all the answers, or to be able to give you a lot of information. I cannot give you a lot because you simply have to learn or experience it for yourselves. To rely on others experiences and understanding wouldn’t be fair to yourself or make sense. One journey or life is not identical to another. In turn and time, you will come to realise your own destiny and meaning. Transformation as represented by the butterfly, from larvae to having wings. Just as a hero must take a vast journey to sleigh a great evil. Just as the angels are helping people everyday to get their wings. So too, you shall know in time what it means to fly for yourself.

Forgiveness doesn’t come easily. Although to forgive is to be more powerful, it does not absolve those impure of heart or mind of sin. Repentance is needed. You cannot be expected to forgive without repentance. I don’t think we as humans are expected to go this far, although it does and will continue to happen, because here on earth, there is some incredible people. Bad people supposedly forgiving their evil brothers of sin, are no more enlightened, as their gains and relations are founded on evil intentions.

On that point, time to end.

Luke 12:3-4 – “Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.

Take care all the best.
